Last week we published ‘The marriage strategy – part 1’ where the founders of Relesys, Jesper Roesgaard and Jens Ole Lebeck, explained our strategy on building client relationships for the long run.

Today we give you part two, which is focused on our product and the encounters when designing and customizing the performance app to support your business. In Relesys we call it growing people, growing business – an approach we have built based on more than 30 years of experience with Human Resource, communication, digital technology and E-learning. It is all about motivating employee behaviour on an individual level and we operate within four different factors in order to achieve that: “I am”, “I know”, “I believe”, “I can”.

Our app solution is based on intelligent software that engages the individual with modules to improve their knowledge base, skill-set, mindset, and empowers the personal relation to the company they are a part of.
