Training Pro workshop
Yesterday, Relesys was all supremely fit for fight, as we welcomed Coop logistik, Jack&Jones, Lakrids, Royal Unibrew, FTZ, Illum, BC Hospitality Group, Flügger and TOPTOY to join our Training Pro workshop. Training Pro is a module we have developed in collaboration with Jack & Jones and Flügger to facilitate flexible and interactive mobile training for employees.
When it comes to all of your employees we are convinced that supporting and educating them creates trust and engagement. Supported employees have the space to be creative, iterate, and do their best work. We are not the only ones with this perspective – far from it. According to Association for Talent Development (ATD), the companies that offer comprehensive training programs have 218% higher income per employee than companies without formalized training. These companies also enjoy a 24% higher profit margin. The founder and CEO of 15Five, David Hassel, has years of experience with employee learning and he states that: ”empowered employees are also free to focus on the areas where they can be most valuable, which leads to a more successful and sustainable organization.”
Reaching every individual
Within the retail industry, we are convinced that the best way of reaching all employees is by their mobile device. We would like to challenge the resistance towards allowing staff to use their mobile during work hours, because we believe this is the way to reach them. All of our clients are dependent on the skills and knowledge within their company, and Relesys believes that Training Pro will make it possible for them to reach their employees and nurture personal development.
During the Training Pro workshop we had a step-by-step guide of how to use the training module and it was such a thrill to see the clients, who are already familiar with the module, share their knowledge and experience with Training Pro. We think that transparency and sharing of best practice is key to growth, and the workshop was centered on exactly that.
Technology is only what we make of it and Relesys measures the success in usage. Therefore, we believe in sharing experiences with our clients on how to make the content in the app more interactive and rewarding for their business.
The Training Pro module has been on its way for a long time and now that its been launched, we see the clients all use it in their own way. In that sense, it is still developing, and new needs for training is something Relesys will always be interested in. We organise these workshop in order to get the feel of what needs and requirements are out there. Next week we present our workshop for development process and future roadmap.
